What is Reiki?
Rei – Universal boundless energy.
Ki – The vital life force energy that flows through all beings. Sometimes referred to as the aura or the energy that fuels life.
Reiki is a Japanese technique for relaxation that also promotes healing. It's done through touch or intention. A warm soothing energy flows from the hands into the client, promoting relaxation and releasing tension. It is a form of healing that manipulates the human energy field (or aura) to help prevent and /or remove illness and help restore or maintain balance within a person.
Treatment can be done in person with a hands-on technique, by gently placing hands on or above the body. It can also be done from a distance, with intention and focus on the client’s energy field. This method is just as powerful as one-on-one Reiki sessions.
Currently I am offering distance Reiki appointments via video or telephone call. Sessions last approximately 45 minutes. I will direct Reiki energy to your physical, spiritual, mental, and emotional bodies. Clients will just sit back and relax while receiving the energies.
During sessions, clients are asked to just relax and focus on their body and their breathing while work is being done. Clients may notice things like warmth, tingling, or even emotions coming up to be released. Some clients won’t feel anything at all. Each person will have a different experience. Just relax and let the energy move through you. Most people report a feeling of peace and relaxation after a Reiki session.

My Story
No matter where I find myself in this world, above all else, I love helping others. I love learning new things and sharing what I've learned with those around me. If you're open to receive, then I'd love to share this amazing experience with you. Spreading love, light, and healing as we go.
I completed Reiki I the end of 2024, and Reiki II on March 5, 2025 with Heather Eystara and the School of Channeled Energy Healing. Our lineage is from Hawayo Takata.
To further my training, I studied with Karen Caig, under The International Center of Reiki Training. And on November 9, 2025, I received my certificate for Usui/Holy Fire® III Reiki I/II. Our lineage is under William Lee Rand, of The International Center of Reiki Training.
I have also completed a Shamanic training for closing portals, level I. And at level II, I learned how to help departed souls return to the light. How to clear trauma from the land and any buildings on it. Cutting energy cords and transmuting energy. Then refilling the land and buildings with positive energy.
